Can we visit the loft before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage you to see the space in person. Contact us to arrange a visit that suits your schedule.

Is the loft accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The main space is on one level and accessible. Please contact us to discuss any specific requirements.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes, subject to prior agreement. We work with trusted catering partners but can welcome external suppliers in line with hygiene and safety rules.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are set out in the hire agreement. We always try to be flexible when the unexpected happens — contact us to discuss your situation.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, several public car parks are within a five-minute walk of the loft. Gallieni metro (line 3) is also about 15 minutes on foot.
