In Bagnolet, Porte de Montreuil (metro line 9), the venue combines a ~300 m² loft opening onto the garden with a 70 m² annexe (La Jolie Maison) in a leafy courtyard — enclosed grounds, greenery, natural light and flexible décor designed for productions and events.
The space works like a creative stage: shoots, seminars, weddings, filming, cocktails or workshops — layouts and capacity on quotation, with a warm welcome from Agnès.
