The loft accommodates up to ~70 people standing (cocktail), ~30 to 40 seated (dinner or seminar) and up to ~50 for a half-day event. The La Jolie Maison annex (~70 m²) can be added as an option for larger groups or distinct spaces.
The main loft is approximately 300 m². The annex adds 70 m² more. The garden and tree-lined courtyard (enclosed plot) are included and available for outdoor events in fine weather.
The main space is on a single level and step-free. Some areas (mezzanine, garden) involve different levels. Please mention any accessibility requirements when enquiring — we will do our best to accommodate them.
18 rue Édouard Vaillant, 93170 Bagnolet — 50 m from Porte de Montreuil (Paris 20th). Metro line 9, stations Porte de Montreuil or Robespierre, approximately 5 minutes on foot. Also reachable from Gallieni station (line 3) in about 15 minutes on foot.
There is no private parking on site. Several public pay-and-display car parks are within 5 minutes' walk. Given the direct metro access (line 9), we strongly recommend public transport.
Events can run from 8 am to 1 am, 7 days a week. For evening events, guests must leave by 1 am.
Yes. Amplified music (DJ, live band, playlist) is permitted until midnight. The loft has a professional sound system. After midnight, only soft background music is allowed. Please mention your music programme in your enquiry.
Yes, external suppliers (caterer, DJ, photographer, florist) are welcome subject to prior agreement. We can recommend our partner caterers, but you are free to bring your own contacts.
Yes. The loft has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, large worktop, sink) accessible to caterers or for on-site preparation. It is suitable for professional catering.
The loft provides: professional sound system, 4K projector and screen, wireless microphone on request, high-speed Wi-Fi and adjustable lighting. Additional furniture (tables, chairs, lounge seating) can be hired as an option. For film shoots and productions, early access and full logistical support can be arranged.
